TU expands summer shuttle services

By: Taylor DeVille, Staff Writer

TU’s summer shuttle has returned to give students and staff a direct route to downtown Towson’s farmers’ market and restaurants in order to “expand lunchtime options”, according to a press release.

Last year the shuttle operated only on Thursdays, but given its popularity, Parking and Transportation Services opted to extend the service Monday through Friday.

Students and staff with OneCards can catch a free ride from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekdays.

The shuttle will run until Aug. 18. Students and staff will find the on-campus stops at the Center for Arts, Towsontown Garage, and the Administration Building.

The downtown Towson stop is at the corner of Washington and Allegheny Avenues.

Departure times for each location can be found here.
