Victoria Barrett Dominates Again, Earns Fourth CAA Player of the Week Award

Towson’s Victoria Barrett tallies in another CAA Offensive Player of the Week award after taking down Elon this past weekend, bringing her to four for the season. 

Barrett helped the Tigers defeat Elon on Saturday in four sets with her 21 kill performance. This is her fifth match of the season where she boasts over 20 kills. She also added eight digs, a service ace, and held a hitting percentage of .459. 

On Sunday, Barrett added 14 more kills in three sets against Elon to extend their weekend winnings. Barrett also scored another ace for the Tigers. She had a hitting percentage of .241, and was just one dig shy of a double-double performance. 

Victoria Barrett continues to play a major role for Towson as she led them in defeating Elon 2-0 over the weekend. Totaling 35 kills, five blocks, and a combined hitting percentage of .364, Barrett’s dominance earned her a fourth CAA Offensive Player of the Week award this season, as announced by the league on Monday.

Towson looks to remain undefeated at home this weekend as they face off against Northeastern. The first serve will take place on Saturday, November 2nd at 6 p.m. at TU Arena.
